Unfair Advantage For Matt?

There have been cries of 'unfair advantage' surrounding Matt Baker for a while. Matt was a champion gymnast in his youth, and was also a professional dancer in a stage show.

Now it has come to light that he also took part in an amateur latin dance competition during his time on Blue Peter. Alongside co-presenter Zoe Salmon, he learned a paso and a jive, and performed in front of Darren & Lilia.

A Strictly spokesperson told The Sun: "He spent less than 20 hours, more than five years ago, learning the Jive and Paso Doble. He didn't dance with a professional partner nor was he choreographed by a Strictly professional."

Kara reportedly had her Strictly training delayed because of her Sport Relief experience. Perhaps Matt should be benched for a while too...
