Fearne Cotton Would Consider Strictly

DJ and presenter Fearne Cotton has revealed that she wouldn't mind going on Strictly Come Dancing, but she'd prefer to do it as a presenter.

She told The People: “Never say never. I’d love to do some dancing. I’d prefer to present it. I've danced since the age of four and thought I’d be a dancer."

After the flack that Caroline has endured (pun intended) at the hands of the press over her dancing past, anyone with so much as a childhood ballet lesson behind them might have to think long and hard about talking part in the show. Personally, I don't believe it should be a barrier to taking part, unless you have made a career as a dancer. Which pretty much only rules out Wayne Sleep. Even West End performers like Claire Sweeney and Denise van Outen have done it.
