Brendan Condemns Clash
Brendan Cole has condemned the schedulling clash between Strictly Come Dancing and the singing corner on the other side.
He told The Mirror: "Obviously the BBC and the powers-that-be decide the scheduling. It's got nothing to do with me. But I think it's sad that people are going to have to flick between the channels and not see either of the great shows in their entirety. I don't think it's necessary. There's enough time for both."
As someone who can't be bothered with the singing corner anymore, I actually couldn't care less that the shows are on at the same time. Although I do understand ITV1's position. They have revenue to make and advertisers to please, while Auntie is supposed to providing a public service. Perhaps it is a bit unsportsmanlike.

Almost as unsportsmanlike as the XFactor deciding to have their Results Show on a Sunday in direct competition with Strictly - before they realised Strictly was reverting back to Saturdays only!!
