There is a report in the Liverpool Echo that Jimmy Tarbuck actually chose not to parcipate in Saturday's group swing, rather than being out due to illness, as stated on the show.

"I had a blood pressure rush, but I'm fine. The routine was excruciatingly difficult, it was a tough routine for young people,and I just decided I couldn't do it physically."

Jimmy is going to find it very hard if he gets past this week's tango. The more energetic dances cannot be avoided forever.
