Will Viewers Switch Channels?

The Mirror claim that X Factor insiders are secretly rubbing their hands together over Judgegate, in the hope that viewers will switch over to ITV1 this autumn.

Please. The two shows are so different, and the lines were drawn in the sand years ago. Even if viewers did decide not to watch Strictly, I can't imagine that they'll suddenly start watching The X Factor. For the most part, the shows attract different audiences.
