11th Hour Walk-out?
According to The Mirror, Sharon Osbourne and Richard Madeley have decided not to participate in this year's Strictly Come Dancing, due to rows over fees.
However, DigitalSpy reports that Osbourne and Madeley were not being signed up anyway.
A source told DigitalSpy: "It's a very lengthy selection procedure because we have to get the right mix of people involved. That can start with anything from simple questions like 'Are you interested?' or 'Would you be free on these dates?' But that is never any guarantee we will take on these people. We have no idea where this news story has come from. We have never signed Osbourne or Madeley."
Madeley can't do it? Bothered. As I've said on several occations, no-one should be allowed to turn down Strictly as many times as Madeley claims to have done. Yet now, suddenly his Watch show has been canned and he's 'available'. ZZZzzz...
Sharon would have been interesting to watch, but I would prefer the show to steer clear of any connections with The X Factor.

What absolute rot! In fact, it’s more than rot. It’s tosh too. Rot and tosh! The simple fact is that I am wanted by so many projects that I can’t fit in regular dance training needed to keep me limber. I’m filming a new series about owls with Bill Oddie in the Autumn. Haven’t owls as much right to my attention? Hmmm?
