Men have admitted to the Radio Times that Strictly Come Dancing is their biggest guilty TV pleasure.
The Press Association reports that men watch the show for the "smallness of the costumes... the drama, the humour and the frocks". But they won't admit to their mates.
The top five, as selected by a poll of 800 readers, were:
1. Strictly Come Dancing
2. Heroes
3. Doctor Who
4. I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
5. The X Factor
