The Wives Have It

It seems that Peter Schmeichel wasn't the only one whose wife encouraged him to go on Strictly Come Dancing. Mark Ramprakash's wife also convinced her husband to take part.

In an interview with the England & Wales Cricket Board, Mark said that he is loving his lessons with Karen.

"I am quite self-conscious so I need to be pretty relaxed and prepared to do all the moves. She was good in that respect. So far all the practice sessions have gone well and they have been fun, which is good."
