Magic Wears Off For Paul

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Paul was the second celebrity voted off Strictly Come Dancing.

Upon elimination, he said: "I've had a wonderful time on Strictly Come Dancing, I really have. If I hadn't had a good time, I'd tell you!"

I think Paul got a really hard time from lots of people. I still cannot really understand why he was so unpopular. Yes, his setiments are sometimes a bit old fashioned, but I don't think anything he said or did was especially offensive or inappropriate.

I thought his dancing was OK. He wasn't the greatest dancer, but he gave it a good go, and we've seen worse over the years.

However, of the bottom two he was certainly the right choice to go.
