Brian Had Flu On Strictly

Brian Capron was first out of Strictly Series 5 because he was ill.

Well not quite, but he claims that he had a bout of flu, and it meant he had difficulty remembering the steps.

He told What's On Stage: "The funny thing is it did do me a lot of good, because I did fail quite miserably and it was quite humiliating, horrible and embarrassing!.. It's a question of remembering things, and on Strictly I was actually quite ill- I had the really horrible flu that was going round- and I just about got through the first part OK and then lost it in the dance off."

He should have been on this series. At least he could have done two dances and given him a chance to do better.
