Leah On Jo

Jo Wood's model daughter Leah spoke to The Mirror about her mum's participation in Strictly.

She explained how tough Jo is finiding the training: “Mum’s been rehearsing like a mad woman and there is a lot of pressure. She’s never had dancing lessons in her life. There was a specific part in the mambo dance that she couldn’t grasp, but you do get emotional when you’re over-tired. She has shown me the routine in the kitchen at home and it’s great. I’m so proud of her and I know that she’ll do it on the night.”
