Ricky Groves has dropped two stone since he bagan Strictly training.

He told the Daily Mail: "Last night I was admiring my muscles in the mirror. I’m starting to see my waistline rather than a belly. Erin is called "Miss Whiplash" and she has certainly whipped me into shape. She’s a very hard taskmaster. I know who’s boss."

His wife Hannah Waterman has been in the press recently for having lost a lot of weight, and now Ricky it's Ricky's turn.
