Brendan: "Lisa Is By Far The Best Dance Partner I've Ever Had"

Brendan Cole is a happy boy. He has two beautiful ladies in his life - Lisa, and his girlfriend Zoe.

He tells the Sunday Mirror: "My mates think I'm the luckiest man alive. They don't know what I've done to deserve one girl, let alone two. I spend all day with Lisa Snowdon - then I go home and spend the night with my gorgeous Zoe. All my friends are jealous. And my single mates have been asking me to give Lisa their phone number."

He also sings Lisa's praises, saying: "Lisa is by far the best dance partner I've ever had. Yes, she has cried and there have been a few off days where she couldn't take things on board because of sheer exhaustion. But in six weeks we have only fallen out once. Lisa trusts me, but she also lets me be the boss...100 per cent. Strictly works best when I'm allowed to be the teacher. In five series of the show I haven't had that in a dance partner. There is an element of ego involved in dancing. Last year I let Kelly have too much free reign."

I think in terms of dance ability, Kelly was Brendan's strongest partner, but clearly he has found someone in Lisa who has the ideal temporament - someone who will work hard, without whinging, and will let him lead and do what is best for the partnership.
