Arlene Worried About Her Weight

After having a go at Dance X auditionees wobbling their way around the floor, Alrene admits that she has gained weight since the last series of Strictly, and it's making her self conscious.

She told The Sun: "I’ve put on a stone and a half since the last series. It’s on my tummy, it’s there, that’s the truth. But I don’t like needles or knives, so what’s a woman to do? My partner says I look fine, but I want everything done. I want a gastric band!... So, yes, I dread Saturday nights, I dread that camera and all those people who have high definition TV."
