Arlene: There Will Never Be Another Hot Gossip

Arlene Phillips has told the Metro that there will never be another group like Hot Gossip.

"There can never be anything like [Hot Gossip] again, it was revolutionary at the time and there's never really been a group like it since."

However, through Dance X, she wants to bring dancers to the fore in the way her troope did.

"My aim is to give dancers a face. You know, dancers are the faceless ones, they're the backing dancers, they're the people that are seen and they're never known".
